Man dies of asphyxiation

KAPILBASTU: A man died due to asphyxiation at Kpailbastu Municipality-4 here on Saturday night.

Thirty-five years old Bijaya Kahar died and his wife, Saraswati, 28, has become seriously ill due to suffocation at their house. The Kahar couple had burnt coal to keep their bedroom warm last night before going to bed, according to the family sources.

Saraswati is receiving treatment at the Taulihawa Hospital and her health is said to be gradually improving.
