International volleyball competition begins in Pokhara

KASKI: The First Wai Wai International Invitational Volleyball Competition began in Pokhara Stadium from Tuesday under the auspices of the Regional Volleyball Association.

The league com knock out games will run until December 24. National Sports Council Member Dilip Bikram Shahi inaugurated the games amid a function, Tuesday.

Participating in the competition are Nepal Police, Young Star Club of Bhutan, Tops Higher Secondary School of Pokhara, Majdoor Smriti Club, Fishtail Higher Secondary of Pokhara, Eastern Railway of India, Balodaya Higher Secondary, Pokhara, and Gyanubaba Higher Secondary, Pokhara.
