Campaign against Dengue concludes

PARASI: Public awareness creating campaign, conducted for the prevention and control of dengue after its patients were detected in Nawalparasi of late, has been concluded.

Chief of District Public Health Office, Dr. RS Dip informed, the public campaigns that begun in all the areas of the district for the prevention and control of dengue have been completed.

The campaign included pasting pamphlet and poster in different public places, door-to-door programme and training to health volunteers as per the need.

At least six patients of dengue were so far noticed in Gaindakot, Debchuli, Deurali and Mukundapur VDCs of the district.
